In 1984, Rick Hendrick started Hendrick Motorsports with an unsponsored car, five employees and just 5,000 square feet of space. The organization has evolved into one of NASCAR’s top teams and currently fields four entries in the NASCAR Cup Series with driver Kyle Larson in the No. 5, Chase Elliott in the No. 9, William Byron in the No. 24, and Alex Bowman in the No. 48.
